Health in the simplest words is a state of homeostasis balance on ALL Levels.
The meaning of Homeostasis coined by Claude Bernard 1813-1878.
"All the vital mechanisms, varied as they are, have only one object, that of preserving constant the conditions of life in the internal environment"
Additionally we need to have balance in our physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional and spiritual components of our lives.
Being without disease does not make you healthy, being in balance does.
