Meet Kim

I help busy women and mothers find harmony
between work, home, family and personal needs.

what i believe!

Self-care and wholesome food is the foundation to nourishing a delightful life.

I believe busy mama bears can live a harmonious life.  Will it be all roses and pixie dust? Hell NO! How boring would that be?

But in my heart of hearts I believe women + mothers are seeking sisterhood, support and true understanding among other women. I believe that with support systems, amazing mama tools and guidance, mothers CAN move mountains + get their kids to eat their greens while you sip your tea peacefully.

I believe that when shit happens (when the baby is crying, the toddler clogged the toilet and dinner is on fire in the oven), having the right tools (a.k.a. mood calming essential oils, frozen prepared meals, a plunger and a calming mantra to sooth your nerves) will get you through it.

Life happens, kids will be kids but it's not what happens to you but how you react to it that matters.

YOU AND I ARE GOING TO GET ALONG IF YOU BELIEVE (LIKE ME)

THAT THE WORLD NEEDS A LITTLE MORE:

Trustworthy

I’m going to be right there in the trenches with you, fighting with you (or sometimes against you) to provide you a steadfast & supportive hand/lifeline so you can live out your vision of your dream life.

NO B.S.

I won’t blow smoke up your ass. If you need a physical or spiritual smackdown to achieve the goals that you have in your head, then I’ll be that person for you and your family.

playful

Yes, we’re going to need to do some hard work, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t have fun doing it! Sometimes I can be a one-women comedy show. Laughter is the best medicine. :)

focused

As a mom, I know what it’s like to desperately want to feel calm amidst the chaos, and how self-care needs to fit within a busy schedule. I’m here to give you the laser focus to cut through the noise to help you find tranquility within the storm, (while someone smaller beside you repeatedly says “mom”, “mom”, “mom.”)

nurturing

I never saw myself like this until I had my own babies (although my little, smothered brother would say otherwise). But I am nurturing; it’s who I am. We all need it. We give so much of ourselves that receiving it back from ourselves or others (a.k.a. me, your sista) feels amazing & well deserved.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
Maya Angelou

A little about me

My health hasn’t always been perfect.  As a newborn I was diagnosed with a heart condition but that never really affected me growing up.  My first body breakdown happened in my early twenties because I wasn’t taking care of myself. I’ve spent years watching family members suffer debilitating health issues.

Graduating nutrition school in 2010 gave me an amazing foundation, but I had children and I realized that sometimes we forget about ourselves. I’ve seen this over and over again for the past 5 years, working with other mothers and women.

I have a DEEP passion and understanding for WOMEN seeking sisterhood — FAMILY, if you will, among other women.

I believe motherhood can be isolating and stressful BUT it doesn’t have to be.

I believe it's so easy to succumb to stress. But it’s also easy to know how simple key nutrients, essential oils, self-love and lifestyle choices can benefit your overall well-being. It’s important to have a support system and the right tools to help you feel supported and able to destress or cope with situations.

I believe A LOT of women suffer from different severities of adrenal fatigue without even knowing it!  A lot of women and people in general suffer from THE BUSY DISEASE.  This is why the Juggle Program was born and My Essential Family Community, so I could help others get back on their feet, feel their best and stay that way.

If you’re digging what I’m saying, take a deep breath and put your name and email below to get my The Busy Mamas Guide!

It’s not all fairy tales, yet it’s amazing and memorable.

On a less serious note, when I’m not the chief emotional officer running my MamaEmpire, I’m tending to my two little monkeys and “keeping a home” (how 1950’s of me) and being married to an incredible(ly tall) man. It’s not all fairy tales, yet it’s amazing and memorable. I say as long as the kids are fed, happy and clean, I have done my motherly duties. There are days when I want to put my kids up for sale, so those are the moments I take a mommy time out in the bathroom and take deep breaths and sniff Citrus Bliss Essential Oil. I love what I do and I do what I love, with a side of retail shopping and reality TV.
