For my first tip I am going for the nutritionist favourite.
Kim Tip - Warm Lemon Water
In the morning on an empty stomach. Squeeze fresh lemon into room temperature water when you first wake and drink it up. Your liver should be detoxing during your sleep so when you wake up you want to help flush toxins out. You do not what them to re-absorbed, plus it helps give your metabolism a little boost and lemons have many nutrients including Vitamin C.
If you are like me and do not like the taste of fresh lemon water (although it is growing on me) I say just do it, unless you have a deadly allergy be kind to your liver. Like most we beat up our liver, even if you eat organic, never drink or take any prescription pills. Most of us (all) breath car fumes, are around toxins at work and some still use 200 chemicals before we go to work (shampoo’s, body creams, hair spray etc..)
So if a little lemon water can help I say do it!!!
