The other night I was cutting green leafy lettuce from our garden and I felt really emotional. As a kid my grandma would have us cut lettuce and make this amazing salad dressing. I would sit down with a bowl the size of head full of lettuce, a few green onions and this dressing just dripping from the lettuce. I wanted to recreate it for my boys even though I'm trying not to eat any sugar but I put a healthy spin on it.
